From inside the Hype House, 19-year-old Kouvr Annon, known as k0uvr, regularly posts videos of herself dancing and lip-syncing to the most popular TikTok songs. Nick Austin, 19, has nearly 2 million TikTok followers and has racked up almost 50 million likes across all of his videos on the platform. The currently pink-haired TikTok celebrity regularly posts lip-synching videos with his fellow Hype House members. As of January 2020, the Los Angeles, California-based Hype House – still in its infancy – was even profiled by The New York Times and regularly pushes out viral content on Gen Z's favorite social media platform. Of the group's 21 members, four live inside the Hype House mansion, which serves as its headquarters and a place for members of HypeHouse to hang out and create content for their over 90 million followers.

She has accumulated 3.7 million followers on TikTok, where she posts clothing hauls, outfit looks, content with other Hype House members, and insanely adorable vids of her and Thomas’s dog, Leo. Vinnie has a strong following online, having gained popularity largely due to his lip-syncing videos, accumulating five million Instagram followers, almost half a million on YouTube and almost 13million on TikTok. A new Netflix show called The Hype House shines a light on the members of the collective of the same name, which was formed in 2019 and is made up of a group of young people who constantly make content day after day. Over the past couple of years, TikTok has boomed as one of the most dominant forms of social media, with several young stars gaining fame after attracting droves of followers.

Hype House follows the members of the collective (and a few outsiders) as they navigate life and fame in Los Angeles. Warren is yet another co-founder of the Hype House, known for his prank videos. Another co-founder of Hype House, Lil Huddy famously dated Charli D'Amelio before reportedly cheating on her with influencer, Nessa Barrett.

Charli D'Amelio is not only the youngest member of the Hype House, but she's also the most popular creator in the group. With more than 20 million followers, the 15-year-old is a bonafide TikTok star. The Hype House was created in 2019 by 17-year-old Chase Hudson and 21-year-old Thomas Petrou, according to the NYT, but the roster of creators has grown to 20 influencers. Here are the current members of the Hype House and what you need to know about them. Alice is a former writer at Dexerto based in London, covering online entertainment. Alice specialized in influencer culture on TikTok and YouTube as well as news and trends across prolific online platforms.

"Imagine a fraternity filled with people that have millions of followers and dollars and a ring light," Nikita Dragun joked in the trailer. Then, in an Instagram live on Saturday, January 10, Chase Hudson (Lil Huddy) expressed frustration over the series, saying that production portrayed him to be "the villain." In a Twitch stream on January 7, Larray said that he never tried to go to a party after testing positive for COVID-19 (a plot point that was introduced in the second episode of the show).
In this new space, some of the crew lived in the house full time while other influencers would occasionally visit. The house is a rotating cast of influencers, with plenty of drama, relationships, and good times. Plus, there's no shortage of documentation thanks to constant vlogs, TikTok videos, and Instagram posts.

Before the residents become TV stars, you might want a refresher about who is currently part of the group (or, who has been participating in filming). Chase, who is known as Lil Huddy, used to date former Hype House member Charli D'Amelio, though they have since broken up. These days, though, the exes are seemingly still friends and Chase remains the original e-boy of TikTok.
Like most popular TikTok creators (and therefore Hype House members) Thomas Petrou, 20, is often found lip-syncing on his TikTok profile. Whether it's a remix to a viral Die Antwoord song or Justin Bieber's "Yummy," 20-year-old Tony has probably posted of himself dancing to it. "I actually downloaded the app in July, and I made a post and I was just with a friend and literally out of nowhere it got 93,000 likes and I was like 'Woah, I like this," Rae said.

Inspired by the Team 10 House — and started by former Team 10 member Thomas Petrou — the Hype House is a collective of TikTokers based in Los Angeles. While some influencers are popular just for being popular, Gregg rose to fame in part for her incredible artistic talent. She's known for intricate makeup videos where she turns herself into characters based on music or inspirations. The star told Entertainment Tonight that these videos can take up to six hours to complete.
Petrou allegedly explained in a since-deleted video that "a few complaints about a few things that added up and that was the excuse to fire me." With huge fan bases on YouTube and Instagram too, Dixie has no shortage of opportunities. Part of her growth can be attributed to her time in the Hype House, where she and Charli both collaborated with the other members. But just like her sister, Dixie decided to leave the house and build her empire in a different way. The self-labeled “Hype House stunt man” has 790.5K followers on the video sharing platform. He dates model Emily Van Liew and at 23 years old, is one of the older members of the social media collective.
The Netflix shows sees familiar names such as Charli and Dixie D’Amelio in the famous house, but there’s a bunch more youngsters viewers of the series are getting to know. Mostly appearing in Hype House content via collaborations, Huston can still be considered at least an honorary member of the TikTok collective. His association with its members has certainly helped to boost his TikTok fanbase, which currently boasts just under 1 million followers, along with his Instagram, which recently surpassed 270,000 followers. He doesn’t appear in nearly as many collaborations as some of his fellow Hype House members, but Austin is still going strong on TikTok.
In 2014 members of an early collab channel called Our Second Life lived and worked together in what they called the 02L Mansion. The next year, nearly all the top talent on Vine moved into a large apartment complex at 1600 Vine Street. LOS ANGELES — Hype House, the physical location of a new content creator collective, is a Spanish-style mansion perched at the top of a hill on a gated street in Los Angeles. It has a palatial backyard, a pool and enormous kitchen, dining and living quarters. The city is home to a land rush of “collab houses,” where the content creators are getting younger and younger. Not only has the group lost critical members and TikTok royalty, but they have moved out of their giant Los Angeles mansion and into the former Clout House apartment where FaZe members and other YouTubers lived.
In the show's first episode, founding member and Hype House manager Thomas Petrou said the mansion is worth $5 million, which is paid for through lucrative brand deals promoted on the group's social media accounts. Though she's an "unofficial member" of Hype House, she thinks of the stars as her "family." Nikita will be on the Hype House TV series. Since the group was officially created in December of 2019, the physical location of the Hype House has changed several times. The members had been living in the former Clout House, but they made a move to a Mediterranean-style mansion in December of 2020. Though the Hype House members are all internet stars, they're about to get even more famous.
The unscripted series, which streamed eight episodes in January 2022, followed the TikTok content-creator collective of Gen-Zers by the same name. They lived and created videos together at this 11,291-square-foot, Mediterranean-style house. Now, just six people live in the house — Petrou, his girlfriend Mia Hayward, her brother Jake Hayward, Jack Wright, Vinnie Hacker and new addition Renata Ri. In the same November vlog, Petrou said he’s planning on adding more people to the group. But in the meantime, he’s renovating the current Hype House to create a more communal atmosphere, including a shared movie theater and game room. And according to The New York Times, Warren was the one who thought of the name.
